Guidelines
Delegates who have submited abstracts that are selected for an oral or poster presentation are invited to submit full papers for publication as the next volume of Diseases in Asian Aquaculture. All papers will be peer reviewed prior to publication.

THESE MATERIALS MUST BE E-MAILED TO daa5@ozaccom.com.au by the appropriate deadline or provided on floppy disc in Microsoft Word format.

Paper Format
For inclusion in the Symposium Proceedings, your paper must be in the following format:

Title Font: Times New Roman 14 point, capitals only and in bold.
Abstract: Brief Overview including conclusions
Body of Paper:Introduction through to conclusion
Text Font: Times New Roman 12 point
Paper Size: A4 (210mm wide x 297mm high)
Paper Length: In order to produce your paper in the proceedings which will be distributed after the event, your paper must not exceed 20 A4 pages, including all tables, figures, diagrams, references and acknowledgments.
Line Spacing: 1.5 for all text parts of the paper
Text Font: Times New Roman 12 point
Figures:All graphics must be Microsoft Word compatible (ie .JPG, .GIF, or TIF format). Please ensure text and graphics are readable when printed in document in black and white.
Keywords:You must list 5 Key words at the end of your paper. These words will be used in the index as a search tool for your paper.
References:List in alphabetical order using the Harvard referencing system, eg. Hoyle B S (1998) Electronic Road Pricing, Print Press, London

Please note that your paper will be peer reviewed and returned to you for clarification of any queries or amendments. Please note that authors MUST assign Copyright to the Asian Fisheries Society.
